Hataraki man

This is a long overdue updates on my manga reading session. I haven’t been reading manga for quite sometime already and my collection have grown quite a bit but i’ve yet to read them all. Today i caught up some reading time and read Hataraki man, not the whole book but i’ve finished the first chapter at the very least =x.

Comparing the manga, anime and live action, i would prefer the manga version more. Only in manga , certain expression can be brought out without looking weird. Expression like this are really hard to reproduce on moving images for they contain different feelings , at least thats how i think.

What kind of expression am i talking about? well this, the (trying to)sleeping-in-train-look,

The big bold words, the constipated look and frozen drools adds up to form a really strong tired look which i feel animation or live action can’t deliver it as well as manga(due to it being still image). Actually i want to talk a bit more about the hataraki man manga, but i don’t know how it turns out this way. I guess i’m still very disorganize when it comes to writing ^^;.

Anyway more of hataraki man, the moment that hiroko lived for during the whole manga is when she henshin from a woman into a man, not really a henshin like masked riders or power rangers ^^’ , more of a mental henshin actually. Regarding the henshin, the anime wasn’t really that bad, it doesn’t feel corny after all effects like this are very natural for animes but for live action wise… It is really corny considering this is a slice of life genre. The manga version still is better nonetheless.

Anyway i’m glad i picked up this manga last year(think approaching 2 years rather ^^;) , just a random info, this is a taiwan printed book by a taiwan company called Tohan Boy Comics, till date the paper hasn’t yellowed. Blahhh , that was really random. Hope to be able to finish the book by this weekend ^^”. Yes if you’ve noticed, the photo was taken by my handphone. 1.3mp with no autofocus really can’t quite take photos right, after all this phone cost me $0 when i signed up for a line can’t really complain too much.
