Web coding aint that hard after all!

I got my hands dirty and dive deep into the world of codes and look through some codes and stuff. It ain’t that hard after all. I read books bout it but i didnt got about in trying them or learning fully due to my “3-minute passion” so most of the html mumbo jumbo are all “half bucket”. I looked into why i can’t display other characters like japanese or ascii and i learned it got to do with the Mysql stuff which i have yet to changed all to UTF8.

Seriously i thought everything now is in UTF8? I saw a mixture of UTF8 and swiss_c1 thingy.

I also found a few infected files within my site. Deleted 90% which turns out to be usesless pieces of files floating around and corrected one piece. The index.php @ wp-contents. The one with the silence is golden file. It took me a simple delete to get the file back to normal. Think tomorrow must take a look again and check if i missed out anything.

I also did a backup of my site which i haven’t been doing for a year. Thank goodness nothing happened ! , also i might want to install wordpress MU on my site. Any one interested to use “your name”.otakurean.com ?

PS : technically i did no coding, so yeah title’s a bit misleading
