Current reads

Probably is the university bug thats creeping up to me or the ORD bug , i just feel like reading up on books. Be it story , analytical or whatnots I just had to read. 2 years of army isn’t making you any smarter but it certainly dulls your mind when it comes to books and reading it. 80days more till i end , i hope to complete a dozen books…… if possible.

What are your current reads ?

Hi PP, this was the first post I have read of yours!
For me: Macbeth, Photoshop Elements 2: How to. I’m still in secondary school so not many books to catch up.

I’m looking forward to further posts of yours.

I mainly read SciFi and Fantasy with a horror or mystery thrown in. When I was in school I read a lot more then I do now usually a book or two a week, it helped pass the time between classes.

    Books, eh?

For starters, I’ve been hooked onto the Warhammer 40K universe: most of them revolved around the Imperial Guard faction of the game. (Think Starship Troopers, mixed with permanently-hostile Vulcans of Star Trek, and Terminators from the Terminator franchise.) To date, I’ve accrued 3 books, which suffice my needs for the moment.

Apart from that, I read Abdulrazak Ghurnah’s Paradise. It’s a nice story, fittingly close to Khaled Hosseini’s A Thousand Splendid Suns, another recommended read.

So you can probably say that my reading’s all about war and cultural identity, I guess. (._. )…
