Chojin project ?

The Chojin project/Chojin Keikaku ? Anyone out there has any info of this novel by Tatsuhiko Takimoto(he wrote Welcome to the N.H.K) ? I saw this off gelbooru.com and note sure if its just a photoshop image or does the actual novel look like this. Read on wiki, there’s only a bunko version anything else, there isn’t any. :(

ORZ.. one liner -_-” Looks kinda interesting, will be grateful if anyone has this book, maybe can share what this book is about? :D :D

    Wait, what? Nope haven’t heard anything about this but it’s peaked my interests now. Now I’m curious to know as well. If this really is real I want it bad, I love his works.
